Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Service Technician to serve our clients in the DFW metroplex. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of residentials and commercial security and fire systems. Key tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, conducting field service visits, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of security systems
• Skills in Field Service operations and on-site system support
• Strong Customer Service abilities and communication skills
• Accountability for working independently and delivering timely results
• 3 year experience in installation or service of fire alarm or security systems, including intrusion alarms, access control, and video surveillance
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
• High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate service vehicles
• Experience with Brivo, DMP, Bosch, Hanwha, Eagle Eye, DSC, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite,  preferred but not required if experience with other systems.
