Service Technician

We are seeking a full‑time Service Technician to serve our clients in the DFW Metroplex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial fire alarm and security systems and residential security systems. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing regular maintenance, field service repairs, and addressing service calls to ensure optimal system performance. You will also assist customers with operational support and resolve technical issues to deliver excellent service experiences.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring security systems are operating effectively.
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Experience in Field Service, including on‑site system installations and testing.
• Excellent Customer Service skills for client interaction and support.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to on‑site locations as required.
• 3 Years of Installing and Servicing Commercial Security and Fire alarm systems. Experience with DSC, Brivo, , Eagle Eye, Hanwha, DMP, Bosch, Silent Knight, Fire Lite, is a plus.
