Forklift Operator

Location: Lancaster, TX

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to finish; flexibility to work Saturdays required
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM; flexibility to work Saturdays required

• Proven experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit‑down forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑70 lbs periodically.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit‑down forklifts to move, stage, and store products.
• Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory within warehouse racking systems.
• Transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Follow pick lists, inventory instructions, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety standards and warehouse procedures to support efficient operations.
