In this role, you’ll be the backbone of operations—safely moving, organizing, and preparing products while keeping everything running smoothly. If you have experience on Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift

Be hands‑on and make an immediate impact:

• Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift to move and store product
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance

• Unload inbound shipments and accurately store inventory
• Use RF scanners/WMS to track and manage product movement
• Maintain organized storage locations

• Pick and prepare orders with speed and precision
• Ensure correct products and quantities are shipped on time
• Stage freight and prepare it for outbound operations

• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Report discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory

• Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection‑ready
• Support team operations and jump in where needed

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience
• Proven ability to operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift
• Active or previous forklift certification or similar
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• 1–2 years' operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment

• Active role with frequent lifting, moving, and equipment operation
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot/cold conditions)
