Job Description

We are currently seeking professionalClass A CDL Driversfor a local intermodal position operating out of Hutchins. ThisW2 positionoffers a consistent local freight, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that guarantees you arehome daily.

Drivers will operate slip-seat day cabs, servicing freight within a 300-mile radius of Hutchins while managing standard local variables such as traffic and seasonal weather.

• Equipment:Well-maintained slip-seat day cabs.

Your earnings are determined by a competitive combination of base load pay, experience-based mileage rates, drop/stop pay, and shift differentials:

• Average Weekly Pay:$1,000-$1,100
• Base Load Pay:$40.00 (Applies to 3 – 598 loaded miles)
• Stop Pay:+$20.00 per stop
• Experience-Based Mileage Rates (Base CPM):
  • 0 – 24 Months:$0.37 CPM
  • 24 – 36 Months:$0.38 CPM
  • 36 – 48 Months:$0.39 CPM
  • 48 – 60 Months:$0.41 CPM
  • 60+ Months:$0.43 CPM

• Monday – Thursday (Night Shift):Additional+$0.06 CPMfrom 7:01 PM to 5:00 AM (1901 - 0500)
• Friday (Night Shift):Additional+$0.12 CPMfrom 7:01 PM to 5:00 AM (1901 - 0500)
• Saturday & Sunday:All shifts pay standard base rate+$0.12 CPM

• Operating Radius:Local and regional intermodal operations within a 300-mile radius of Hutchins.
• Equipment:Slip-seat day cabs. Drivers must be comfortable managing standard metropolitan traffic and variable weather conditions.

• ValidClass A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum6 monthsof Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Location:Must reside within 50 miles of Hutchins, TX
