This role is part of a Paid Finishing Program for new CDL‑A graduates. No prior trucking experience is required, and applicants are paired with a dedicated trainer and carrier for 4–6 weeks of on‑the‑job training.
CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities- Go out with a Mentor for 4–6 weeks (sometimes only 10 days). Earn $650–$850 per week based on domicile.
- After mentorship, assigned to a lane:
Dedicated, Regional, Local, or OTR with options such as Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed.
- Clean or close‑to‑clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen (hair follicle test required by some carriers), and background check.
