The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi‑truck to a customer.

Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self‑driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.

We’re looking for experienced commercial drivers to join our Lancaster, Texas operations team to help us deploy our autonomous technology and collaborate with partners to improve and integrate our systems in real‑world conditions.

• Class A CDL License
  with clean driving record
• Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience
• Ability to pass a background check and practical road test
• Pass drug test, MVR and have a current DOT physical
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts & schedules including nights
• Safety minded
• Light computer skills required, willing to be flexible with growing responsibilities over time, a growth mindset
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Requires frequent sitting and driving
• Passion for being a part of the future of transportation

• $37/hr with a 5 day on and 2 day off schedule, great pay and great time off
• Local work only
