NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the Dedicated Fleet operation and provide hands-on support to the Project Manager. You will handle load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch duties, and daily data entry in TMW, ensuring timely customer invoicing.
You will maintain positive relations with drivers, communicate service issues, prepare weekly KPI reports, and assist with safety/labor policies and payroll as needed.
