Reliable income in your pocket. Top drivers earn up to $90,000 per year, with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles. Most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week.

Freight that keeps you earning. Not all flatbed is 100% touch-freight. Our freight is 40% drop + hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping. So you can focus on the road, not on your load.

No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two-week onboarding while you build new skills.

Valid CDL A license

12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

Must be at least 22 years of age

Competitive Pay and Benefits

• Average $1,400 per week ($72,800 per year)
• Starting pay $0.69 cpm
• 2 runs per week averaging 1,400 miles (paid for a minimum of 1,600 miles per week)
• Average 6-8 stops per week (paid for a minimum of 11 stops per week)
• Breakdown, layover and detention pay available

Home Time and Route Details

• Home weekly
• First route starts Tuesday and ends by Saturday
• Additional home time during the week

Running Locations

• Runs from Irving, TX with two to three weekly runs to the Odessa/Midland, TX area
• Average 700 miles per trip

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• No tarping required
• Live customer unload
• Product is chemicals in totes and drums (palletized)
• Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required. Candidates can apply for a passport within 30 days of hire but must obtain it within 120 days.
• Must apply for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 30 days of hire and must obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
• Must be certified to pull a flatbed (training provided if needed). Previous flatbed experience is a plus.
