Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule
  • B Shift
    :
    Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • D Shift
    :
    Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements:
  • Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping/receiving, warehouse clerical, or administrative experience required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/guard shack environment with varying temperatures
Job Duties:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound drivers entering the facility
  • Check drivers in and out and verify bills of lading (BOLs), shipping paperwork, and delivery documents
  • Assign dock doors and communicate loading and unloading instructions
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipment schedules and transportation activity
  • Maintain accurate trailer movement and shipping records
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams regarding dock availability and shipment status
  • Process appointments and update transportation and warehouse management systems
  • Answer phones, emails, and radio communications
  • Ensure drivers and visitors follow all facility safety procedures
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Monitor yard activity and communicate trailer locations as needed
