Customer Service Agent, Admin has basic responsibilities for label control, yard coordination, and administrative functions supporting the outbound operation. They communicate issues to outbound supervisors, maintain Excel proficiency, and are computer literate.
Shifts- Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
- Mon-Fri 2pm-11pm
- Label Control: prepare, distribute, and reprint labels for carton/pallet pickers; maintain clear label flow; track and document all labels.
- Yard Coordination: use Y/WMS system to communicate outbound pulls and plugs; assist supervisor with trailer safety.
- Administrative Functions: complete data entry for shipments; issue seals; verify accurate information for Bills of Lading; schedule LTL carriers; print work assignments; file paperwork; assist with downtime sheets; provide professional communication.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assist with warehouse security and secure documents.
- Distribute and collect tools; report issues promptly.
- Operate safely in accordance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Safe use of powered equipment, RF scanners, computers, and printers.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and ISO procedures.
- Work may involve varied environmental conditions.
- Repetitive heavy lifting over 25 pounds; repetitive motion such as walking, climbing, and carrying.
- Perform other duties as assigned; overtime as required.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years experience in inventory control or warehousing administration.
- Ability to work in varied temperatures.

Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities and count inventory. - Strong attention to detail; work quickly.
- Work independently or with minimal guidance.
- Adapt well to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1-2 years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- 1-2 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Walking and standing frequently; ability to lift/carry and push/pull.
- Reach above shoulder, squat, or kneel.
Low to moderate noise; rarely exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

PayExpected base pay range: $20.35 – $20.35 hourly.
