EPJ Operator – Lancaster, TX

Pay Rate: $18.75 - $19.25 per hour | 4-Day Work Week:
Monday – Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM

We are looking for an EPJ Operator who can safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

• Recent Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
• Crown Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Warehouse material handling and order picking experience
• Ability to accurately pick, transport, and stage products
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Operate Electric Pallet Jack equipment safely
• Perform repetitive warehouse material handling tasks
• Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from the low 50s to high 60s
• Wear required safety equipment as needed

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to safely move products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and transport orders using RF scanners
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving
  
  Replenish inventory and move materials to designated locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse operations and complete general duties as assigned
