Reach Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday, 3 PM – Midnight
Pay Rate: $20.00per hour

We are seeking an experienced and dependable 2nd Shift Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand‑up reach truck, be safety-focused, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

• Operate a stand‑up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve products safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and put away inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent reach forklift operating experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license (required)
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
