Pay Rate: $18.75 – $19.25 per hour
Schedule: 7 AM – 3:30 PM OR
3:30 PM – 2 AM

Job Duties

• Operate a Reach Truck to move product throughout the warehouse
• Pick orders accurately
• Load and unload trailers
• Transport and stage materials as needed
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience with stand up reach forklifts within the last 6 months
• Experience operating Crown Reach Trucks preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures (42 degrees)

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
