A warm, nurturing and well‑resourced day nursery in Warton (near Preston) is seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their committed and friendly team. The setting provides high‑quality childcare and early education for children aged 0‑5 years, focusing on learning through play, emotional security and individualised development.

You will:

• Support children across the 0‑5 age range
• Deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning experiences
• Carry out observations, planning and assessments
• Build strong partnerships with parents and families
• Ensure that safeguarding, welfare and safety standards are consistently met
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and caring team environment

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have experience working with children aged 0‑5

• Show enthusiasm for supporting the learning and development of every child
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families

• £13.50 per hour and above (depending on experience)
