SalaryBasic salary of £27,803.20 with a potential to earn up to a total of £34,523.20 with sleep in shifts.
Responsibilities- Guide young people aged 8–18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties to success and support our ethos.
- Provide a safe, secure, homely and positive environment for children and young adults in the home.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in leadership and management of day‑to‑day operations of the Home.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager when he/she is not physically present.
- Help drive continuous improvement and development of quality, image and reputation of the Home.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
- Previous experience in a residential or child‑care setting preferred.
- Competitive Salary plus up to £6,720 in sleep‑in payments (average of 6–8 per month at £70 per sleep‑in).
