Bright Horizons Lancaster is seeking a Room Leader to guide and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education for children at our Lancaster nursery, located on the grounds of the Lancaster Royal Infirmary.
You will lead a dedicated team, foster strong partnerships with parents and professionals, and ensure child welfare, safety and wellbeing while meeting each child’s milestones. Experience in an Early Years setting and Level 3 EY qualification are essential.
