Timber Frame Erector

Site Smart is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Timber Frame Erectors to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision, work safely at height, and enjoy seeing a structure come together from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for the safe and accurate erection of timber frame structures on residential and/or commercial projects. Working alongside a skilled site team, you’ll ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

• Erect and install timber frame panels, floor cassettes, and roof structures
• Interpret drawings and technical plans
• Work safely at height and follow all site procedures
• Operate telehandlers and lifting equipment (where licensed)
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with site managers and other trades

• Proven experience in timber frame erection
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Valid CSCS card (required)
• Telehandler licence (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
