Non- Sprinkler Site Supervisor

RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Lancaster (LA1 3QZ
). This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available.

• NVQ qualification relevant to the role
• SSSTS (required)
• Gold CSCS Card (preferred)
• Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector
• Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives
• Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme

• Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site
• Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
• Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders
• Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting
• Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
