United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Caretaker / Estates Technician for a full-time, 3-month temporary contract in Lancaster. The role involves working in a busy maintenance team, carrying out a variety of external repairs and maintenance across residential properties and communal areas.
Key responsibilities include flagging repairs, cement work, drainage installations, and general estate maintenance. Candidates should have previous experience in grounds works or estate services and a full UK driving licence.
