Geneva | Contract role - 5 months

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major health financing initiative
, ensuring effective delivery, financial oversight, and strategic impact across a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

This is a senior role combining project management, financial oversight, and strategic coordination within global health and development finance.

• Lead end-to-end programme management
  , from setup to delivery and closure
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking of programme funds
• Define and implement systems for governance, reporting, and accountability
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and technical providers
• Manage procurement, sourcing, and contract processes
• Monitor programme performance, risks, and impact

• Advanced degree in economics, finance, public health, development, or related field
• Strong experience in programme/project management and financial oversight
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
• Experience in development finance or health financing is essential
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
