Domino's Lander Customer Service Rep

Lander, WY 82520 - $8.00 / hour - part time

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. This role involves taking orders, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to keep Domino's Pizza running smoothly.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Accurately handle monetary transactions and give correct change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Good motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to accurately enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some areas.
• Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces or tools up to 500°F.
• Operation in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Handling sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing most of the shift; walking surfaces include ceramic tile with linoleum.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, unloading with a hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Carrying heavy items: pizza sauce up to 30 lbs, dough trays 12 lbs each, large cans 3 lbs 7 oz.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (up to 30 lbs).
• Occasional stair or ladder use for maintenance tasks.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Strong math and computer skills as described above.
