Fremont Motors is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. If you enjoy working with people, love cars, and excel at problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair orders
• Communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and pricing clearly to customers
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive service, or sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude
• Knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
