• Hold or be eligible to hold a certificate issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with an endorsement as an elementary teacher and be “highly qualified”.
• Strong background in literacy.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of a wide variety of student abilities and needs.
• Ability to implement PBIS concepts.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Willingness to be a team player and to serve on school and district committees.
• Creative, organized, energetic, and willing to collaborate and grow professionally in a PLC atmosphere.
• High, realistic expectations for students and love of children.
• Good communication skills.

The successful candidate will serve as an elementary classroom teacher. The teacher must be willing to teach the district reading, writing and math programs and to be a committed team member in a PLC, working collaboratively on a daily basis.
