Daily work schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday
- Friday;
Summer hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday
- Friday

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Job‑related experience is desired.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to get along with students, teachers, parents, and other people with whom this position comes in contact.
- Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
- Frequent climbing and balancing.
- Significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and or crawling.
- Significant fine finger dexterity.
- Ability to work around cleaners and chemicals.
- Ability to work in the cold.
The job of a custodian is done for the purpose of maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff, and public; providing and arranging equipment and furniture, etc. for meetings, classroom activities and events; and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed in safe, proper and timely manner. This position will clean a specific area of a school; assist with snow removal;
operate various pieces of equipment; and perform similar tasks.
