SALARY: $63,387 starting base salary (based on 2026-27 salary schedule); full benefits

Desired qualifications include:

• Candidates must hold, or be eligible to hold a Wyoming teaching certificate with an endorsement in mathematics.
• Strong background in math;
• ability to work well with at-risk students;
• ability to use a variety of instructional strategies;
• knowledge of and ability to teach Common Core State Math Standards;
• ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff;
• good classroom management skills;
• willingness and ability to work cooperatively with the secondary math and PHS professional learning communities;
• and willingness to participate in meetings and professional development activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will teach all math classes at Pathfinder High School (Approximately 50 students). Pathfinder is the District’s alternative high school and serves at-risk students.
