Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the clinic. As an integral part of our finance team, you will drive excellence in financial management, support strategic decision-making, and uphold the highest standards of accounting practices. Your expertise will help shape our organization’s financial health and compliance landscape.
- Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and balance sheet management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and provide advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
- Provide leadership in financial analysis, profit & loss management, cost control initiatives, and strategic decision-making to enhance organizational profitability.
- Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Serve as the primary backup to process payroll when needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow required HIPAA guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field and three years of applicable work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Quickbooks.
- Ability to turn data into information and information into insight that impact business decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for reporting purposes.
- Strong background in financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, budget development, and cost control measures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in medical facilities preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear report writing and presentation of financial reports.
- Understanding of Wyoming tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and written/oral communication skills.
Standard Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.
- 1:00 p.m. This position will be primarily Monday - Friday. Full Time employees are eligible for the Clinic Benefits plan which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, great 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays. Base pay will depend on experience.
