• Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Verify patient identity and obtain relevant clinical history prior to procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under the direction of a radiologist.
• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Practice radiation safety measures to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
• Assist with quality control procedures, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including contrast reactions.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain professional certifications.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography (R).
• ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
• Current Wyoming Radiologic Technologist and/or CT Technologist licensure, as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• One to two years of diagnostic imaging experience, including CT procedures.
• Previous hospital or acute care experience.
