As a Physical Therapist at Teton Therapy, you will serve as a healthcare leader within our team. You are responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care. Your expertise guides the patients on their path to recovery and supports other team members in their roles.

As a Physical Therapist, your role is multifaceted. You'll be engaged in clinical care, patient education, and team collaboration. Your ability to adapt and innovate contributes significantly to the overall well‑being of our patients and the reputation of Teton Therapy.

At Teton Therapy, you will work primarily with adult patients who have orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Teton Therapy supports specialty niches such as pelvic health, women's health, pediatric, neuro, dry needling and many others based on your interests.

You can expect to manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 visits per week, ensuring personalized care and focused treatment for each patient.

Qualifications
  • Thrives in building relationships with patients and promoting positive long‑term outcomes.
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities to help our clinic grow.
Skills
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  • Eligible for Wyoming state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Full‑time availability preferred. Part‑time and PRN candidates welcome to apply.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on care in the clinic, treating approximately 60 visits per week.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and long‑term health goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.
