Your Role & Impact as a Clinical LeaderAs a Physical Therapist with our team, you will serve as a clinical leader. Your role is dynamic and multifaceted—encompassing hands‑on clinical care, proactive patient education, and tight-knit collaboration. You are responsible for leading patient evaluations, designing individualized care plans, and guiding patients safely along their path to complete recovery.

- Dry Needling & Advanced Manual Therapies
- Other clinical interests driven entirely by your passion!
- Provide exceptional hands‑on care in the clinic, managing a sustainable caseload of approximately 50‑60 patient visits per week to ensure focused attention.
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments, establish clear diagnoses, and formulate customized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Build deep, trust‑based relationships with patients to keep them engaged in their recovery and promote positive, long‑term health outcomes.
- Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers and team members to maintain the highest quality standards of holistic care.
- Embrace a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with an adaptive and innovative mindset, taking on additional clinical responsibilities to help our clinic and community grow.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree from an accredited institution.
- Eligible for (or currently holding) a valid Wyoming state license to practice physical therapy.
- A strong passion for delivering a premium patient experience and a desire to expand clinical services beyond the traditional clinic walls.
- A natural affinity for relationship‑building, stellar communication skills, and a dedication to patient outcomes.
