The Content Marketing & PR Assistant / Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in expanding Teton

Therapy's brand reach, engaging local communities, and supporting patient growth across clinics.

Operating in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment in downtown Lander, WY (Part-Time, In-Office)

This role works directly alongside the Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR), CEO, and marketing leadership. The associate is responsible for creating compelling graphic, photo, and video content, managing social media channels, executing PR campaigns, researching new referral opportunities, and tracking objective marketing results.

• Content Gathering & Editing:
  Gather photos and video content in clinics and community settings to educate the public, highlight patient journeys, and promote clinical staff services.
• Graphic Design & Print Media:
  Create high-quality visual graphics for social media platforms and print media to showcase medical professionals, patient success stories, and clinic news.
• Social Media & Campaign Execution:
  Manage social media channels via Meta Business Platform, schedule posts, write engaging copy, support lead generation campaigns, and stay up to date with

• Community Event Representation:
  Attend and actively represent Teton Therapy at community events, maintaining high levels of professionalism and brand alignment.
• PR Strategy &

  Collaborate continuously with the PR & Marketing team to plan, refine, and execute strategic public relations initiatives.
• Opportunity & Referral Research:
  Investigate and research new marketing venues, referral sources, local business developments, and community trends.

• Weekly Objective Reporting:
  Compile and submit weekly reports summarizing objective goals met, specific actions taken, and key statistical metrics.
• Market & Competitor Monitoring:
  Stay updated on local community happenings, public events, doctor networks, and competitor activities.
• Team Collaboration & Training:
  Participate in weekly PR/Marketing meetings, complete training check sheets, and engage in continuous skill development.

• Design & Media Production:
  Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photo & Video Editing Applications
• Social Media & Digital Marketing:
  Meta Business Platform, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics
• Administrative & Productivity Tools:
  Google Drive (Docs, Sheets), PC Platforms, Weekly Statistics
• Tracking Tools

• Marketing & Design Knowledge:
  Understanding of basic marketing principles, aesthetics, storytelling, and digital content trends.
• Technical & Software Proficiency:
  Proficiency with Meta Business Platform, Canva/Adobe, Google Drive, PC platforms, and basic photo/video editing.
• Communication & Interpersonal
