- Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS/ENPC & TNCC (preferred but not required) certifications; must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Candidates may be responsible for taking care of pediatric/adolescent patients on occasion (Sage West does not have dedicated peds unit)
- Must have WY RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume
- Must have 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
