What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care by:

* Performing comprehensive patient assessments

* Developing and implementing individualized plans of care

* Administering medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical guidelines

* Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the healthcare team

* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning

* Educating and supporting patients and their families

* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and promoting patient safety

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

* Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required.

* Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred
