Position: Travel Women’s Services RN - $2,686 per week

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lander, Wyoming.

Job Highlights
  • LDRP / OB RN
  • Provides care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery, OB/GYN, Antepartum, and Triage
  • May float to another unit as a sitter or helping hands based on census
  • Attends deliveries and circulates during C-sections
  • Assists physician during deliveries
  • Performs neonatal assessment and care following C-sections
  • Provides patient and family education throughout the continuum of care
Required Certifications
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NRP (AHA)
  • STABLE
  • AWHONN
  • All certifications must be attached at submission
Experience Requirements
  • 2 years of recent experience in:
    • Level I Nursery
    • Postpartum
    • OB/GYN
    • Labor & Delivery / LDRP
  • Experience may include:
    • OB/GYN post‑op (including hysterectomy patients)
    • Antepartum
    • OB Triage
    • Labor & Delivery
    • Postpartum care
Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Administer medications, treatments, and specimen collection
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient status
  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Coordinate patient transfers, discharge planning, referrals, and psychosocial support
  • Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well‑being
  • Circulate during C‑sections
  • Recover and care for surgical OB patients
  • Attend neonatal station during C‑sections and complete newborn assessments
  • Maintain fetal monitoring competency every two years
  • Attend STABLE certification if offered while maintaining NRP certification
  • Communicate critical patient information to physicians and the healthcare team
