Key qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field
* 0-3 years of progressive work experience in natural resources or sciences
* Knowledge of surface water quality standards and the Clean Water Act
* Skill in water quality field sampling equipment and computerized information systems
* Ability to operate four-wheel-drive vehicle in adverse weather and road conditions
* Ability to walk over rough terrain and lift up to 40 pounds
