• The starting pay is $11.70 per hour with two increases during the first year (rates may vary by location).
• After 6 months: $12.40 per hour.
• After 1 year: $13.00 per hour.

Weekly average hours: 6 per week, up to 15 hours around holidays. Route serves multiple retail locations (list omitted for brevity).

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising, organizing product orders, and displaying items in greeting card departments.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with store management regarding service or schedule questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, and relocation.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

No experience necessary; training will be provided.

• 18 years or older.
• English language proficiency – speak, read, write, understand.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation for route coverage.
• Reliable internet access for job updates.
• Technological competency with tablet use.
• Availability for occasional weekends and major holiday periods.

Work on sales floor and back stock room; lift, pull, push boxes up to 40 pounds; stand, walk, stoop, squat throughout the day. Step stool may be used for some tasks.
