As a Business Field Sales Executive
, you’ll be on the front line connecting with small and mid-sized businesses, delivering cutting-edge broadband solutions, and building a pipeline that fuels your earning potential. If you’re competitive, motivated, and ready to earn what you’re worth—this is your opportunity.

• Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory
• Engage decision-makers and become a trusted advisor to SMB customers
• From first contact to close, you’re in control of your deals
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Position WOW!’s broadband, internet, and voice solutions with confidence
• Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast, and maximize efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong drive to win
• Comfortable working in the field ~80% of the time
• Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and closing
• Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Outside sales experience is a plus—but not required

• Base Salary: $55,000/year
• Uncapped Commission:
  Your success = your income!
