Operations Manager for IDM Youth Services

Lead operations at IDM Youth Services as an Operations Manager in British Columbia. Oversee training, performance management, and the provision of quality care for at-risk youth.

This role requires oversight of training, employee relations, and care protocols, supporting both staff and the vulnerable children we serve. You will lead development of support plans while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support quality service delivery

• Conduct annual performance reviews and necessary investigations

• Develop comprehensive support plans with team collaboration

• Ensure adherence to Work Safe and agency policies

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in related field

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience

• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills

• Advanced communication and planning capabilities

• Valid first aid certification and Class 5 driver's license
