Financial Analyst for Portfolio Management

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the financial health of 20-25 companies within the lower middle market. You will execute covenant compliance calculations and assist in generating insightful reports that guide investment decisions. This role requires advanced Excel skills and a self-starter mentality to support the investment team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly financial reviews and trend analysis

• Support the preparation of portfolio status reports

• Engage with CFOs on financial reporting schedules

• Assist in quarterly valuation support preparation

• Document board meeting insights for portfolio insights
Requirements:

• Relevant experience in finance or investment analysis

• Proficiency in financial statement analysis

• Strong MS Excel skills for financial modeling

• Ability to communicate complex data effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
