The Alley Theatre seeks a strategic Chief HR Officer to lead all human resources functions, ensuring federal and state employment compliance and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll, policy governance, workforce safety, and wellness initiatives, guiding the HR team and partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success.
