General Sales Manager – High-Performance Dealership Drive Results. Lead People. Own the Sales Floor. Income:
Minimum 200k - no cap

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership looking for an experienced General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales team to the next level. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, know how to build strong teams, and can consistently deliver results, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (Sales Managers, F& I, and Sales People)
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
  • Manage and track KPIs including gross profit, volume, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction
  • Control incoming trade values aligned with store strategy
  • Ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards
  • Work closely with the GM/DP and executive leadership to support overall dealership success
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Maintain a strong customer-first culture and reputation in the market
What You Bring
  • Previous leadership experience (GSM or high-performing Sales Manager)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills—you know how to motivate and hold people accountable
  • Deep understanding of the finance department and strong ability to structure deals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with PBS and dealer management systems
  • Aggressive operational leader who drives uncompromising execution and builds high-performance culture
