Assistant Manager - Food Services

Tim Hortons in Sooke, BC is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager - Food Services to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of 16-20 staff, and ensure profitability, compliance, and excellent customer service.

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Lead/instruct individuals
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

• Education:
  
  College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
• Experience:
  
  3 years to less than 5 years in food services or related field
• Supervision of 16-20 people
• Available for shift or on-call work
• References required
