Post Office Team Leader – London Drugs

• Provide sales assistance and the highest level of customer service in all departments, with a specific focus on the Post Office.
• Problem solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs; ensure all merchandising standards are met and maximize sales opportunities.
• Perform inventory counts, merchandise products, and maintain the skilled sales image of the department.
• Assist customers in all Post Office areas, including mailing letters and parcels, assisting with PO boxes, and Venture One and other CPC transactions.

• Good interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills, with a willingness to accept responsibility.
• Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Basic PC knowledge is required.
• Well organized, self-motivated, and possessing professional sales experience with a positive attitude and a commitment to company objectives.
