Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve collective goals.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or management, preferably in the content or marketing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
