Entry-Level Door-to-Door Canvassers Wanted - Colwood/Langford

Looking for a part-time job that gets you outside, lets you meet people, and pays well? We're currently looking for motivated people to join our door-to-door marketing team in the Colwood and Langford area. This is a great fit for students or anyone looking for flexible work with solid pay and performance bonuses. No experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Pay (uncapped)
* $21/hour guaranteed base
* $5 per qualified lead (about 1 per hour on average)
* $25 per lead that converts to a booked job

* 2$ for getting a lawn sign up

* Top-performer bonuses on top of all of the above

If you're a good talker, the per-lead and per-booking bonuses are where the real money is - this isn't a flat-rate gig.

What you'll be doing

* Working a route through Colwood/Langford neighbourhoods, door to door

* Pitching our painting services - confident, conversational, low-pressure

* Qualifying leads and collecting solid contact info

* Working solo or paired, self-directed once you know the territory

What we want to see

* Proven door-knocking or field sales experience - tell us where

* A track record you can point to: conversion rates, leads/day, whatever metric you tracked

* Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing momentum

* Can work independently and manage your own route/pace

* Reliable, on time, no hand-holding needed

Hours:

5-20/week, super flexible scheduling.
