This permanent position involves reading blueprints, cutting and assembling wood, and installing various fixtures, such as doors and windows. You will work across Vancouver Island and the Coast region, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for projects

• Cut, shape, and assemble wood using various tools

• Assemble and install structural frameworks including floors and roofs

• Fit and trim fixtures like moldings and hardware

• Inspect and repair damaged framing structures

Requirements:

• Must communicate effectively in English

• Completion of high school education

• Minimum one year of experience as a carpenter
