In this pivotal role, you will help create a welcoming environment for seniors, advocating for their needs and managing daily office tasks. Your customer service background and empathetic approach will be vital to maintaining a flourishing community atmosphere at Sunridge Gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for residents and guests
• Keep daily logs of communications relevant to operations
• Handle digital correspondence and maintain resident records
• Coordinate work orders and track inventory levels
• Ensure community safety as a Fire Warden during emergencies
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in hospitality or similar fields
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic accounting knowledge
• Graduation from high school with administrative training
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies
