Step into a crucial Team Assistant role in the Commercial Auto Division. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to specialists and advisors, ensuring high-level service delivery.
In this temporary full-time position, you'll focus on servicing commercial auto accounts and maintaining fleet transactions. Attention to detail is key as you update client information and assist with transactional batching for ICBC. We seek a self-motivated individual passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid Commercial Auto Specialists with account servicing
• Conduct ICBC fleet transactions accurately
• Maintain updated fleet account information
• Deliver excellent service to clients both external and internal
• Perform quality checks on ICBC documentation
Requirements:
• Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to pursue
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and client relations
• Competent computer skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team
