Empower communities through a Client Services support role at BC Municipal Safety Association, focusing on occupational health advancements. This part-time position will coordinate crucial training programs and provide member assistance throughout BC.
You will work 28 hours a week, reporting to the Client Services Coordinator and Director of Operations. Your efforts will ensure members receive seamless and effective training, as well as prompt support for courses and workshops. This is a great chance to grow, with potential for full-time work based on need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and track course bookings for occupational training
• Manage scheduling of sessions and instructors effectively
• Moderate virtual training discussions via Zoom and Teams
• Ensure data organization and accurate record keeping
• Deliver high-quality support to members engaging with BCMSA
Requirements:
• Completed office administration courses or related experience
• Experience in occupational health and safety is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting tech
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
