You will interact with diverse teams to ensure that project documentation is precise and readily available. Reporting to the Document Control lead, your role is essential in supporting efficient project workflows and maintaining robust document organization systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record, classify, and distribute project documentation efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date filing systems and organization
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the latest documentation is in use
• Develop regular documentation status reports
• Support site management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in document control roles
• Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, and technical workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
